MessageMedia is a mobile messaging company focused on sms, mms and ttv messaging services for business and enterprise. The goal of redesigning its web product was to migrate customers from legacy platforms, improve usability of current customers, deliver new features and bring its UI to the 21st century.
My Role: UX & UI Designer
I collaborated with MessageMedia's product and development team for over two years, working on different features based on weekly sprints. During this time I was the lead designer, sometimes working alongside other talented designers in our team. As always, I started by sketching solutions...
After sketching features and selecting different layout options, we presented wireframes.
I created different style tiles to present aesthetic options for MessageMedia’s UI, defining colors, typography, buttons and chart styles.
We were working on a big product with lots of developers and designers involved. It was important to create a UI kit so that all pages, features, and components were in sync with each other in terms of UI and UX. I wanted to make sure there was a unifying design principle to guide consistency throughout the app.
Other designers involved in the project: Salvador Fernandez, Yesi Danderfer, Elisa Goyeneche, Renata Amatore.
